Mavs Fan Trolls Kyle Kuzma After Joe Biden Drops Out of Election
In a move many people didn't believe would actually happen, U.S. President Joe Biden shockingly withdrew his name from the 2024 election on Sunday afternoon while endorsing Vice President Kamala Harris. It is believed that Biden stepped down due to pressure he was feeling from the Democratic Party.
With this decision came many reactions from people on social media, and Washington Wizards forward Kyle Kuzma was looking for answers.

"So why did Democrats want Biden out?" Kuzma posted on X.
In the spirit of keeping things light and humorous, one Dallas Mavericks fan came prepared with the perfect troll response.
"They didn't think he lined up with their timeline," the fan responded to Kuzma.
The Mavs had a chance to trade for Kuzma at last season's trade deadline, but Kuzma was presented with that option and decided to stay with the Wizards. This was the explanation he gave for his decision (via The Athletic): “In my career, I won a championship. So, I understand that when we play this game of basketball it’s not about contending for a playoff spot. It’s about contending for an NBA championship. There’s only like three or four contenders — true contenders. I just felt like our timelines didn’t line up.”
Luka Doncic, Kyrie Irving, and the rest of the Mavs went on to make Kuzma look silly for that statement as they plowed through a tough Western Conference en route to their first NBA Finals appearance in 13 years.
In a day and age where it seems like so much is going wrong around the world, we have to tip our hats to fans like the one mentioned above for providing timely comedic relief.
